These Terms govern your use of the Dateify website (dateify.eu) and the connection service we provide. The service is operated by WK Vertriebswerk LTD, Psematismenos 8, 7743 Larnaca, Cyprus ("Dateify", "we", "us"). By submitting the offer form or otherwise using our service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Dateify is — and is not
Dateify is an intermediary. Our role is to connect you with an independent photographer at a travel destination and to provide travel information and instructions to you and to the photographer.
We do not take the photographs, do not process payment for the photoshoot, and are not a party to the contract for the photoshoot. The photography service — including its scope, pricing, delivery, editing, image rights and any satisfaction guarantee — is provided by, contracted with, and paid directly to the independent photographer or photography business we connect you with (the "Photographer"). Any statements about shoot details, delivery times or guarantees ultimately form part of your agreement with the Photographer, not with us.
2. How the connection works
When you complete the offer form, you provide contact details and your preferences (for example destination and rough dates). We use this information to prepare a personalised connection and to introduce you to a suitable Photographer. To do this, we share your details with that Photographer so they can contact you and make you an offer. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
3. Your contract with the Photographer
Once you are connected, the shoot, the price, the payment terms, the deliverables, the timeline and any refund or "satisfaction guarantee" are agreed directly between you and the Photographer. You should review and agree those terms with them before booking or paying. We are not responsible for the Photographer's offers, performance, cancellations, refunds, or the quality or delivery of any images.
4. Travel information and instructions
We may provide general travel information and practical instructions to help your shoot go smoothly. This is provided for convenience only. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or package-travel organiser, and any flights, accommodation, transfers or other travel arrangements are booked and paid for either by you or by the Photographer, under the terms of whichever provider supplies them. You are responsible for your own valid travel documents, insurance, visas and health requirements.
5. Eligibility and your responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your own contact details up to date so the Photographer can reach you.
6. Fees
Using the Dateify connection service and requesting an offer is [free of charge to you / subject to the following fee: …]. Any amounts payable for the photoshoot and for travel are payable to the Photographer or relevant travel provider, not to Dateify.
7. Intellectual property
The Dateify name, website, text, layout and design are owned by or licensed to WK Vertriebswerk LTD and may not be copied or reused without permission. Rights in the photographs taken during your shoot are governed by your agreement with the Photographer.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We provide the connection service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that a suitable Photographer will always be available, or any particular outcome from a shoot. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, offers, services, cancellations or content of any Photographer or travel provider, or for any loss arising from arrangements you make directly with them.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you deal with us as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights under the law of your country of residence are not affected by these Terms.
9. Consumer right of withdrawal
Where the offer form is a request for a personalised quote and no paid contract is concluded with Dateify, there is nothing to withdraw from in respect of Dateify. Any right of withdrawal or cancellation in relation to the photoshoot or travel applies to your contract with the Photographer or travel provider and is governed by their terms and applicable consumer law.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the service applies. We will update the "last updated" date above when we make changes.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Cypriot courts. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of your country of residence, and you may use the EU ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
